How do I get a price quote for a Palace Vacation? Our contract with Palace Resorts does not allow us to advertise our discounted prices. To get a price quote, please either call toll-free 1-866-725-2238 or email your request to info@crownvacations.org. You may also fax your request to 1-812-547-8766. Please include the following information in your request: (1) Date of arrival and departure, (2) Number of adults & children traveling (please specify ages of children at time of travel), (3) Hotel preference if any, and (4) Contact information (name & phone #, email address, and/or fax number). Palace Vacations will reply promptly to your request, usually the same day or within 24 - 48 hours. |

Is airfare included in your quote? Airfare is not included in our hotel rates. We can provide you with an airline estimate from Palace Resorts' airline company, World Vacations Travel.. If you would like air included in your quote, please include the following information in your request: (1) Date of arrival and departure, (2) Number of adults & children traveling (please specify ages of children at time of travel), (3) Hotel preference if any, (4) Name of airport(s) you would fly from, and (5) Contact information (name & phone #, email address, and/or fax number). Palace Vacations will reply promptly to your request, usually the same day or within 24 - 48 hours. World Vacations Travel is open during weekdays (Mon-Fri). You may opt to make your air arrangements separately on your own or through Palace Vacations and World Vacations Travel. |

How do I make a reservation with Palace Vacations? After receiving your consent and all necessary information to make the booking, we will reserve your hotel reservation with Palace Resorts and obtain a hotel reservation number. We will then send you a hotel payment form to complete, sign, and return to Palace Vacations. The details of your hotel reservation and hotel payment & cancellation/refund policy will be listed on the payment form. If you wish to book airline reservations through World Vacations Travel (Palace Resorts' airline company), please provide legal first and last names of all passengers (names must match passports) and ages of children at the time of travel. Once your airline reservation has been held, you will be sent a flight itinerary listing the details of your airline reservation and payment instructions. |

For most airline reservations made with Palace Resorts' airline company, World Vacations Travel, full payment is due within the same day that the airline reservation is made. Payment must be collected and processed by no later than 5:30pm Eastern time. A held airline reservation does not guarantee the fare price. Airfares are subject to change until payment is received and processed. Once airfare payment is received and processed, a copy of the flight itinerary with ticket information will be mailed.
For most hotel reservations, full payment is due within two days after the booking date or the reservation is subject to cancellation. An extended payment policy may be offered for bookings that have a trip date exceeding 120 days from the booking date. |

What is your cancellation/refund policy? For all hotel reservations, non-refundable administrative fees will apply to each room reservation for all cancellation/refund requests made before trip arrival date. For cancellation/refund requests made within three days prior to trip arrival date, additional cancellation fees may apply. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. No refunds will be issued for cancellation/refund requests made on or after arrival date. Non-refundable fees may be waived if trip is rescheduled. Notification to reschedule must be received no less than three days prior to original trip arrival date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional hotel fees may apply if the revised dates are within a higher-priced season. All hurricane-related cancellations and/or refund requests will be subject to Palace Resorts' Hurricane Policy.

Is insurance included in the price? Purchasing insurance is always recommended when traveling. Although Palace Vacations and Palace Resorts do not offer insurance, you may inquire with companies such as Travel Guard www.travelguard.com and CSA Travel Protection www.csatravelprotection.com for air or land/air coverage. Please read carefully through the terms of their policies before purchasing so that you know exactly the coverage that you are purchasing. They also have toll-free numbers in case you wish to talk with someone or have further questions regarding coverage. |

Can I book a stay for less than 7 nights? Palace Vacations offers discounted prices and VIP amenities for stays that are 7 nights or longer. Therefore, Palace Vacations does not sell trips for less than 7 nights. |

When do I receive my documents? You will receive your Hotel Confirmation within 5-7 business days after your hotel reservation has been paid in full. If you purchased air from World Vacations Travel (Palace Resorts' airline company), you will receive a paid invoice and ticket information within 7-10 business days after your payment has been processed. This invoice will list the airline charges that you paid, current flight information, and ticket/booking number(s). For charter airline reservations, you will receive airline documents approximately 2 weeks prior to your trip date. |

How do I know that PalaceVacations.org is legitimate? We are VIP members with Palace Resorts, and we work directly with their hotel and airline reservations departments in Miami, FL. You may verify our membership affiliation and your reservation with Palace Resorts by phoning their central office at 1-800-346-8225. For membership verification or to verify your reservation, follow the prompts for Club Reservations (i.e. press 1 for English and then press 1 for Club Reservations). Tell the agent that you have or are considering purchasing a hotel stay through a member. They will ask you for either our membership number or your hotel reservation number which we will gladly provide to you through an email or telephone inquiry. To verify your airline reservation, you may call the same number above and follow prompts for the Airline Department, or you may call the airline or charter company directly and give them the booking reference number that was given to you at the time your reservation was made. We are also a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, and you may view company information by clicking the BBB Online link found near the bottom of our Home page. |

What documents do I need to travel to Mexico? It is recommended to check with your airline or nearest Mexican Consulate for all document requirements. Valid passports are now required for all U.S. passengers traveling to Mexico. Passengers from other countries may be required to take additional documents. A single parent traveling with a minor (under 18) or a minor traveling alone must take written notarized permission from the non-traveling parent(s). If applicable, take a notarized copy of deceased parent's death certificate or "sole custody" or "Father Unknown" documents. |

What is your Hurricane Policy? All hurricane-related cancellations and/or refund requests are at the discretion of Palace Resorts and based on the terms and conditions set forth by Palace Resorts in their hurricane policy, which may be viewed online at www.palaceresorts.com. If the hurricane policy does not apply to your cancellation/refund request, then Palace Vacations' cancellation/refund policy would apply.

How many people can check into one room? Regardless of age, the maximum room occupancy for all Superior rooms is 4 persons, with the exception of Xpu-Ha Palace which is 3 persons, and Sun Palace which is 2 adults age 18+. |
